Road to Emmaus
Grow in Faith
What Are ‘Road to Emmaus’ Evenings?
Fortnightly
March - November
Whether you're preparing to become Catholic or simply seeking to go deeper in your walk with Christ, our fortnightly Road to Emmaus evenings offer a space to learn, reflect, and grow in understanding.
‘Road to Emmaus’ is a monthly evening of adult catechesis at St Thomas More Parish. It’s open to everyone — from those preparing for Baptism, Confirmation, or reception into the Church, to lifelong Catholics desiring deeper formation. These evenings provide a welcoming space to explore the richness of the Catholic faith and its relevance for everyday life.
Key points:
Open to all adult parishioners, not just those preparing for the sacraments
Held fortnightly in the parish undercroft, with teaching, reflection, and community
Rooted in the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) model
